Prativadi Bhayankara Vaishnavi (P B Vaishnavi) is a young Kuchipudi dancer, who has been learning the art under Guru Smt. P B Krishna Bharathi, who is a disciple of late Padma Shri Dr. K Sobha Naidu. Vaishnavi had made up her mind during her Intermediate only to pursue her passion dance. After arming herself with a Certificate in Dance from PS Telugu University, Vaishnavi pursued MFA from University of Hyderabad and is currently pursuing Ph. D. also from UoH under the guidance of Prof. Anuradha Jonnalagadda.
A graduate in Statistics from Bhavans Vivekananda College, Vaishnavi has balanced her career and passion. She holds a Junior Research Fellowship from the University of Grants Commission (UGC-JRF). She has given many Group and Solo performances all over India at various festivals viz. Konark Music and Dance Festival. Vaishnavi also participated in the productions choreographed by late Padma Shri Dr. K Sobha Naidu and Prof. Anuradha Jonnalagadda. She is also pursuing training in the field of Music (Vocal) under the guidance of Dr. S.K. Venkatachary and Veena under the guidance of Smt. K Padmasini Rangaswamy.
